What happens with you mix an individual who is passionate about both his community and fitness?  You get what has to be one of the best new facilities in Paris Ontario.  Meet the fit effect.  What started as a small gym in a small building in the north end of Paris Ontario has evolved into a mega facility with just about every feature you could want in a fitness centre.  Nick and his team have trained, shaped, sculpted so many members of our community it is hard to meet someone that has not been positively impacted by The Fit Effect.
